‘Rain Dancers’ Love never fades.

While living in Barcelona for two years, I became infatuated by the salsa dancing. The energy and connection of two dancers was something I felt immense emotion and rawness from. I wanted to paint that feeling, and that zest. I hope viewers can feel connected to that same moment with a sense of undivided flow and energy. I painted this as a large scale, as if the two dancers are real people, with bright colors and bold brushstrokes to portray the liveliness and excitement. Purposeful blue paint drips to seize that experience that only happens so often, when you can dance in the rain and in the moment. This painting is to bring happiness and zest into your space.
